Chicken Guys Barking (Halal ) — Restaurant in London

Ordered a pizza which is on offer for 7.99 3 toppings. Went to pick it up and was told it’s not ready. I waited patiently for the pizza and walked out the shop to get some air. After returning I see the pizza ready and the lady on the till serving another customer. I then stood aside and waited patiently again to be told my pizzas ready and I should pay. The lady then walks off to the back to give the new customers order. She then proceeds to stay at the back and talk to her friend. Her friend then approaches nearby to the till without acknowledging me at which point I had to call her over to ask if my orders ready. She then says yes. I then said why didn’t anyone tell me and she goes I asked you before if you placed an order but you didn’t respond. I said I didn’t hear you and your colleague that’s doing nothing at the back said she’ll tell me when my pizza is ready. If I hadn’t called them over I would have just stood there waiting. Upon returning to my home with the pizza I notice that they charged me extra for the pizza as the four topping price. The pizza was also not cut properly and I had to rip the slices off myself. Edit Adding a review for their new smash burger range. £5 for a smash burger, pictures look good. So I thought I'd give it a go, my alarm bells started to go off when I saw the uncle make the burger, didn't smash the beef down hard enough, so there was no crust and the patty was too thick. My first bite was one of massive disappointment, zero flavour, no additional ingredients, like onions, just tasteless sauce.

Please do not eat or order a smash burger.

And chicken Guys, don't introduce a range without training staff on how to cook. If you need lessons on a good smash burger, go across the road to burger LDN.

This place used to be excellent, but they lost staff like the guy that used to work there. Service is so poor now, there's no structure or method to taking orders. If you order chips, they service other customsers first then cook the chips. The wait time is too long. Also, they used to have good pizzas but changed the cheese it's awful now. The wings are the only good thing here. Just learnt that have a 1 star food...

As a regular at Chicken Guys, I can confidently say this place never disappoints. Visiting almost every day, I have experienced consistently excellent service and food. The staff is always friendly, greeting me with a smile and remembering my usual order, which adds a personal touch to each visit. They often go above and beyond, sometimes even adding an extra wing to my order – a gesture that truly makes me feel appreciated.

The chicken is always cooked to perfection – crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The wide variety of dipping sauces keeps things exciting, allowing me to enjoy different flavors each time. Their sides, especially the seasoned fries, are always fresh and delicious.
