Absolutely horrible customer service...or lack of.

The people working there clearly have no consideration for your customers.

We ordered 2 deep pan pizzas, but when they arrived, both were thin base. So we called them and told them the issue.

However, we were met with a fierce denial that we had even ordered a deep pan base. I almost lost my mind. I said that we even have the online receipt which states we ordered deep pan. He continued to argue with us and then all of a sudden, miraculously agreed saying that someone else from the same road at the same time had ordered thin crust. Which I believe was made up on the spot.

Anyhow, they asked us to send them pictures to verify if what we had were deep pan or thin. To which they responded saying that they got the order correct. I've attached the pictures. You can decide if these are deep pan bases.

Absolute rubbish customer service. I've ordered from there before and I know what the difference is between deep pan and thin.

Will never ever order from here again and will ask my friends and family to avoid.

Advice to management: Learn some manners and how to treat customers without getting shirty when you're in the wrong.

This place is so terrible and unprofessional .Do not order from here as there are many other pizza places that taste better and will provide more professional customer service.The workers are very disrespectful,specifically one staff called Mohamed Khan.I have been a loyal customer only because of convenience ,and we have been restricted from ordering from the shop for absolutely no reason.When i called to make an order, he hung up whilst i was speaking.I called back and they did not pick up,so my sister called and asked why he hung up so rudely, and he told us he didnt care and refused to take our order.This is disgusting behaviour from “professionals” and has been reported to the owner.I will not be ordering from this shop again.The pizza is also very greasy, the workers are stingy with the sauces they give out and the shop wasnt very clean.Do better pizza gogo,we are very...

I rarely leave a review that does not have many positives but Pizza GoGo was disappointment IMO. The pizza was BBQ Beast, looked good on the menu, delivered just about warm - not great considering it is only 5 min walk however they offered free delivery so why not. Sadly taste was not great, did not taste fresh. It was a little soggy for thin crust. I found that the pizza from a chicken shop locally is a little better. Potato sides were also warm and not hot. I asked for 3 dips given only 1. Given that this place is 5 min walk the food should be hot when delivered. Wings were nice but I don’t think I will try this place again for pizza sadly.
