China Friend — Restaurant in London

I WOULD NEVER VISIT THERE AGAIN JUST BECAUSE OF THE 2 RUDE FEMALE WAITRESS/STAFF WORKING THERE AND NOT BECAUSE OF THE FOOD...I went there and ordered a takeaway which was shredded beef chilli as a meal. I asked the waitress before ordering if the item i selected was too spicy as i prefer my food not to be too spicy.. The waitress looked at me in an angry way and told me " For you it will be not spicy and looked at her other rude watress at the back and laughed in a mocking way( I guess I was Indian and eat spicy food? As she was referring in that manner) . I was really felt insluted by two of them at that moment as it was a racist thing to me later when i received my food and asked for the cutlery(as i prefer to eat with folk and spoon) they told me I cannot get both(folk and spoon) I can only get either one of them!! I asked the management or whoever is responsible to take immediate action...

Normally the food from here is very good and i have ordered from here 3 times before and the food was amazing, however today was just not the same.

From the Singapore Udon i asked to remove the fish cake and the lady on the phone told me she will do that and add extra prawns or chicken and there was practically neither, and just a whole load of fish cake.

I ordered the food at 9:07, the food arrived at 10:20 and half the sauce from the House Special in Black Bean Sauce was in the bag somehow and not the food. Furthermore the Sesame Prawn on Toast i ordered were burnt as well. The prawn crackers bag had like 12 in it, no point even giving it.

Not only did i have to wait over an hour for this food, when i only live 14 minutes away, the food was not worth this wait...

To the restaurant who gave us the worst experience for one of my favourite cuisines.

We travelled from so far to come and eat here.

This was our experience:

Lady who took our order was so rude. She refused to speak nicely or even look at us.

We saw her at every other table speaking decently even laughing. Sucked to feel like we were being treated like nothing.

Missed an order and then apologised for missing it.

Food was so so so so bad why are they rated 4.3?

Spicy beef was sweet as dessert.

Kung pao pork was sweet as dessert exactly same sauce.

Satay chicken was average.

Sweet corn crab soup was bland.

Oh the agony! What a disappointment 😞
