Chicken Spot - Dagenham — Restaurant in London

This has to be worse place I’ve ever ordered from without even receiving my meal!! I called up to order food for delivery and whilst ordering I gave all my details multiple times to confirm. After 45 mins of waiting I rang up again to just figure out how long it’ll be till my food arrives, once they answered after 3 to 4 times of attempting to call, they had told me they arrived already and tried contacting us upon arrival, which is completely a blatant LIE! No one had came to the address as we was all here waiting and no phone call was received! After complaining, they had said they’ll sort something out because they thought we wasn’t being genuine with the order as they receive large amount of fake orders even though ours was near enough a £17 worth but after back an forth complaints they had told us it’ll be ready for us in 10 minutes which they said would add another £1 fee due to the delivery. After waiting again another 20minutes we decided to ring again, and then they had told us our order is not coming because they have a problem in the shop, which we all believe is a complete lie because they are a bunch of thieving, conniving, compulsive liars! Don’t get me wrong I am a regular ! The food is lovely but normally I order through Uber Eats I get the same thing every time XL chicken wrap meal X2 and 12 wings which normally cost me £24.35 with delivery but I am a Uber eats member so = £21.63 I know prices are going up …… But I went to order the same thing today XL chicken wrap meal X2 and 12 wings = 38.83 with delivery but I am a Uber eats member so = 36.05

That is £14.42 price jump in less than a month apart that’s ridiculous !!!!

Customer service was good , food is good and a great price they were known for this and now I am less likely to order again because off this massive price jump which...

What can I say what can I say. Words can't describe, im going all out with these guy, firstly outstanding customer service, was treated like royalty. Lovely staff but Junaid that burger omg omg!!!! No that was different, forget piri piri this was a taste ive never had before. From the first bite to the last juicy tender and omg tasty. I was just passing through, im defo gona go out of my way just to try another one of those tasty chicken burgers.
