Fireaway Pizza Dagenham Heathway — Restaurant in London

Love this pizza place! ❤️ When it opened last year i was sceptical-only because i already had a favourite pizza place. But the prices were so low i gave it a try and I haven’t looked back since! Pizzas there are delicious(!!!) every single time it all just hits the spot 🤩( i usually go for margharita or pepperoni) and they make them so quickly i’ve never waited more than like 6 mins for two or more pizzas. Heard some ppl had some issues with the previous owner-looking at some of the low ratings-I personally never have- always been given great service and even got to pay later for a milkshake when i had card only on the day their card machines failed-so lovely of them!(although i do believe everyone can have a different experience depending on a lot of factors and different staff etc) Nevertheless, even the last time I visited ,which was halloween weekend,the new manager and one staff member were the best and offered lovely chit chat and literally wanted to give me half the shop for free(amazing!! Haha- they gave me two free drinks and a pistachio canellonni to try- which was great (normally all the other places always have stale canellonni even in bakeries in italy and this one was banginggg!) All i want to say PLS DON’T LET THIS STORE CLOSE DOWN AND GO MAKE IT YOUR GO-TO BECAUSE IF IT DOES I WILL BREAKDOWN AND CRY. so whoever shops for pizza elsewhere will have to offer me emotional and gastronomical support if it doesn’t stay open in dagenham. (One thing that’s a bit confusing is the price change on pizzas throughout the week but if you think about it as peak and off peak in tfl it gets easy and honestly not that...

This shop is a disappointment! The customer service via phone was absolutely rude and disrespectful. I ordered a milkshake through just eat, and my order got cancelled, just because they can’t send drivers “15 minutes away for a £5 order” even though I was charged almost £7. And now I have lost money and have to wait for a refund WHICH I will be expecting! They claim they cannot deliver to RM 7-9 even thought they are based in RM10. The Fireaway Pizaa iz Ok. The owner there was very grumpy and stingy with the sauces. I am traveling a lot and been to at least 4 of they're franchises but the guy here is rude and stingy.

P.S. I have opened the Pizza Box. 6 Small Peperoni Slices. Another thing. Any other Fireaway that I have been I have asked nicely for the guys to change one ingredient with another and without a problem everybody done it till today. When I asked he immediately said NO. Fireaway please sort out this guy as its draging your business...
