Old Dagenham Park — Attraction in London

I took the children to play at the park (our first visit). It's a really large open space, which is great for picnics or a peaceful stroll.

There is a small designated play area for children and toddlers, and has a good variation of equipment to keep them busy (swings, climbing frames, monkey bars, see saws.

This skatepark needs to be removed by the council and rebuilt/designed completely. The floors surface is just unusable, even grass growing out the cracks. I saw that the council have £85k to spend on the park - I think they should start here :-) on the bright side I liked the rain shelter, always handy to keep your board dry if you get caught in an...
