Costa Coffee - Blackfen — Restaurant in London

Usually I enjoy visiting this costa. Today however I decided to take a nice morning stroll.it turns out this stroll was terrible and wasteful as I was excited for my caramels frappe WITH coffee and without cream,however I ended up with a caramel frappe WITHOUT coffee. I looked past this and continued my way home I arrive home and sat in my bed peacefully and was excited to enjoy my croissant UNTILL I took the first nibble and discovered it was stale. STALE. I am so disgusted and mad. I gave it the benefit of doubt UNTILL I took my second bite and again it was stale. Ordered Belgium chocolate tasted of powder as if it wasn’t mixed properly. Asked if I could swap the drink. Was told they don’t do that and I chose the drink so it’s my fault. Extremely rude assistant manager or manager can’t remember. Managed to get my money back. Any where else would of apologised, offer to replace the drink or change it. Instead just got a lot of attitude. It was not busy and they certainly weren’t rushed off their feet. Will not visit this store again. Disgusting...

Have a voucher though the Costa app for £2 off food, when scanned the £2 came off the price, however was told that the franchise owner does not accept the use of this particular voucher. But the till system took the voucher amount off the price. I was purchasing a large coffee with the food item still spending just under £8. I decided to leave without purchasing anything.
