Costa Coffee — Restaurant in London

Yesterday about 10.30 am we were at this Costa shop. I have come here many times was always pleased. And always saw mommies like me having nice time. Yesterday it was only me and my husband in the shop and few mummies chatting in the back. They had kids under 3. LIKE ALL KIDS do they ran giggling and went to where the cold sandwiches are kept. They didn't touch anything just played with one of the etiquettes. Made no harm and they couldn't because it was impossible for them to reach the food. And this is only happening for 5 seconds all quick. This woman making the coffee realises and shoutes at her hardest to these two little boys. Said '' go back to your mothers now! " very very rudely and on high volume. I was shocked. Moms rushed immediately. And one of them said 'You don't have to be rude' in a normal voice but this disrespectful woman continued and said "you don't like it, There is the door" showing the door with an attitude. Me and my husband immediately stood up and canceled our orders. Weirdest and rudest attitude I have seen at a coffee shop. How can you dare shouting at a child even if they jarmed something. They are very small. The fear those little kids had is enough. I will complain about this woman at this coffe shop. And I don't think I will ever be going to this shop again while she is there. She must be the newest one there because this was the first time I saw her. There were 3 ladies there as a staff. She was a thin woman, had the very short brown hair. Unbelievable! Turned up to pick up my Too Good to Go Bag that I had ordered the day before, and they were closed. Although, the pick up up time on the app was btn 4pm and 6pm; I got there at 4.25 pm.

They refused to open the door to speak to me and gestured through the window to go Costa in Tesco, about a mile away. Of course, I get to Tesco, and they tell me they cannot help, as I expected, you have to get your food from the store you hŕave ordered from on the app. They also said that because this branch is a franchise, it is run differently and that they have received a lot of complaints about them.

I have been turned away several times, when I have come to pick up my order, and have been told they never advertised any food for that day.

Customer Service used to be great there, a few years ago, but in the last year, there seems to be one particular manager who always creates a problem.

I will be taking my business elsewhere...

the guys at the till very rude. asked for iced americano with SKIMMED MILK;) the milk was finished on the worktop. i wanted to be kind saying you can put red too so he doesnt have to go open a new one a quick job. he replied so rude saying you asked for skimmed this is skinny. very agressive. i would stop there and tell him all this i was too tired for an argument. i just left it off. then i walked off got my coffee . he laughed it off loudly with his work friend saying she dowsnt know skinny milk;)). he really pushed me like he wanted a argument in his life :)attitude is the key to being an human adult. he was on his lucky day. dont be too aggresive. ill go there again and wiuld not tolerate rudeness again . thanks to tast...
