Costa Coffee — Restaurant in London

The service was very bad, normally the service is ok. There was no queue, we waited 20 minutes, both the workers was at the back no where to be seen for 20 minutes. When they came back i asked why we had to wait so long, no response at all, which is very rude. I ordered, but they gave the incorrect order. When i still asked for the correct item they still messed it up. I asked for more milk as the lady worker gave cold milk, when i asked for hot milk several times, she then was like you want more!!! 1.If you are having a strong blend tea they would charge for extra tea bag a additional full price of tea cup, while they are not given additional hot water, additional cup and additional milk, it's funny to pay full price of tea cup just for tea bag? You are may be stopped by premier inn hotel security not to have coffee if you are walk in customer, but Costa coffee is 24 hrs?. The food is oke but expencive, I got a bit of a rushed feeling. I had the tosti, carrot cake and the cold drink with the chocolate. You get the option to eat there or take it away, for eating there is not much space because it is the lobby of the hotel.
