Came here to relax before going to the airport on Oct 29 and was here at this location around 11ish till about 12 ish. At first, the 2 girls working at that time were super nice ( 1 asian girl, 1 Indian girl, both looked young) when we were placing our order. This location was such a disappointment because they were "not" serving iced coffee at that time, like what?!?!?!!? Whyyyyyyyy!!!!... Anyway, they were also not serving chocolate croissant?????? Who runs this location and what is going on!!!!..... wait till i say the rest.....
We got the drinks and the lemon cake and cake pop, super fast. 10mns later I want to go to the bathroom. This Logsdon has bathrooms that had codes at the time i was there. I tried to get in the bathroom, BUT it needed a code. During that time. There was ANOTHER Indian lady who worked there, but she seemed like she was on break or lunch. There was another customer that seemed like he had the code to the men's bathroom, which he tried to get in the bathroom and struggled meanwhile the lady on break or lunch just starred at him struggle until she finally got up and helped him open the bathroom.
I asked that same lady if she could help me get the women's bathroom open. She then made me understand that she would NOT help me and instead to go ask the other girls at the front for the code. I go and ask the other 2 girls and they kept telling me "the door is not locked it should open, or if it doesnt open, someone is there" so i wait another 10-15 mns (at this time i was already waiting 10-15mns but decided to wait more even though through out this whole time NO ONE came ouf of the bathroom, so no there was no one there)
Long story short, i go up to the front AGAIN and the Indian girl FINALLY devides to go and put the code in for the bathroom 😡😡....it was a HASSLE trying to get these employees to help me with the bathroom situation. I waited over 30mns for someone to open the door with the code. I WILL be reporting this to corporate for the lack of stuff available for us customers to buy AND the TERRIBLE customer service I received that day.

Read moreTotal rubbish with slow staff who don't give a damn, the afternoon and evening staff are a joke, the coffee shop is a utter mess with no one cleaning or picking up the glasses, the service on the counter is slow and the staff are clueless and have no care or interest in the job, the drinks are usually incorrect and cold. The staff seem to have all there mates chatting to them loud at the counter joking around and being generally boisterous and a pain. The coffee shop is full of kids and odd bods with laptops on with no drinks just sitting around and hanging there to kill some time, the car park is full of uber drivers and KFC munchers from the otherwise of the car park, the drive through section for drinks is usually 5-10mins as they seem to get the drinks wrong or the staff are just being slow and lazy and not paying attention to the order precisely. The toilets are not cleaned regularly and outside the coffee shop there seems to be a smoking section with cigarettes buts all over the floor. Anyway I hope this helps any future customers, it's an honest review to highlight the situation in this coffee shop, coffees are not cheap so it's worth taking note of this...

Dear Starbucks Team,
I visited one of your outlets today, and I would like to share an experience I had, along with some proof, so you're aware of how certain staff members are interacting with customers.
There was an employee named Suraj who mentioned that the flush in the accessible (disabled) washroom was not working. I then went back to my car to get the key for the accessible washroom, opened it, and found that the flush was indeed working properly.
When I informed Suraj about this, he responded very rudely and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. When I asked him who the manager was, he said "I am the manager" in a very dismissive tone. I then asked who his senior was, and he replied that it was Chinmay.
I'm sharing this with you so you're aware of the behavior and attitude some staff are showing towards customers, which is quite disappointing. I am also attaching proof to support my experience.
