Costa Coffee — Restaurant in London

Worst Costa ever!!! If I could give less than 1 star I would!! Worst customer service ever. Went in around 5:30 pm on Sunday and was served by and eastern European lady. Has no sense of customer service. We wanted some panini sandwiches. She said she can't serve those because they were closing soon, there was still at least 25 minutes before closing. There was no sign or notice anywhere to say that we cannot order 25 minutes before closing. I reckon she was just lazy and didn't want to do her job! We insisted on the sandwiches as we had time. Now she starts to create a scene and started to argue with us! We asked to speak to a manager and she refused to get one! Eventually she got another lady, must have been her colleague, who tried to say the same thing but in a more polite tone. But they then agreed to make the sandwiches anyway at which point the the first one now started throwing verbal abuse!!! We had enough and decided to leave. WORST EVER DON'T GO!! They are giving Costa a bad name. Definitely will forward this to Costa...

Had picked up my daughter from school for the first time in months as i dont usually get a chance to do so due to work, decided to treat her to a costa hot chocolate, we sat in to have our order as the was a downpour outside. My daughter, eight let me know during her drink that she needed to use the loo, bad. I asked the barista if my eight year old daughter could use the loo and she was despeate. She just fed me some line about its policy to not let customers use the loo. I repeated the fact that she was eight, we lived a 15 min walk from the area, and she needed to use the loo badly. The barista just turned her back on me. I had to then rush home with my daughter in the pouring rain, my daughter did not make the loo on time. Never again costa. You should be ashamed...

I want to share this review for the people who like frappes. I visit 3 times with 3 diffrent weekends , they said to me like don't have tropical mango bubble frappe. They suggest me chocolate brownie one , and that was so disgusting. I don't know why they not provide proper training there employee. I tell them Nearest costa branch HARROW ON THE HILL Station one, they provide quality service and propers drinks. Visit both place them please share your review here.

People spending £4.25 each drink but they don't care and not providing service. I will not visit this...
