The blue oyster fish bar — Restaurant in London

Very bad experience. I went there for pickup delivery app shows me order should be ready at 3.07 I asked their staff after 3.07 they told me it will take 5-6 minutes after that I asked again then they told me it will take 1-2 minutes more then after 3 minutes I asked again and now they told me 7-8 minutes more then their favourite driver comes in and put long wait in system who waited for delivery outside on their bike this all incident takes 30 minutes more to give me order i was on just eat delivery so i can’t cancel at that time there is no customer available so it should be prepared but their staff was smiling and chatting each other rather than taking care of order. So please think when you place order if it came to their favourite driver then you will get it at time other then it will take time and in all this incident their staff...

Just picked up Cod and Chips. I saw the fryer hand one cod direct to the person on the till and 2 other pieces of cod was taken from the warm counter. I didn't think much of the cod that was given directly but when my wife and daughter had it was slimey and felt sick. I don't know why I was given that single piece of cod differently from the other 2 Pieces. The staff know me there and have a good rapport. So I will ask them so they know who wrote this review. If a customer pays the advertised price then they should not be given food that may not be right for consumption. The other 2 pieces of cod were OK. For years been eating fish and chips here. Slowly but slowly noticed standards dropping. They even have stopped taking card payments (HMRC) only cash. However recent experience was truly bad. Noticed the fish being fried for 90 seconds and pulled out, was worried if undercooked. Sadly that proved correct, on reaching home, fish was raw and cold in middle and very thin batter mainly on top but barelynoticeableon bottomand sides. Even worse was the dodgy stomach since then, with frequent bathroom visits. Will have to look...
