Costa Coffee — Restaurant in London

I always want the experience at this Costa to be lovely, and I persisted for quite a while. It’s well located, always clean and has parking (although only for 15 minutes, so not good if you want to stay).

However, on most visits at least one of the following is the case:

Card payments aren’t working, so you have to go and get cash Toilets are out of order, so not helpful for younger children Staff are bickering or passive aggressive towards each other The coffee itself (my regular is a chai latte) lacks flavour/syrup

Whenever we go to this place the staff make it out like we’re crazy and don’t know what we ask for. We look at the menu online (I’m aware some stores may not have certain items from online menu’s) they say do you mean___ like no I mean what I say you should research the company you work for a bit more. Also if I’m asking you to put oat milk in my coffee just do it? I’m paying for it? Not everything everytime we go in there needs to be questuoned? Just bored staff. Just look at the reviews below. Compared with other Costa shops around, like Hornchurch and Upminster, this one from Collier Row offered poor service, bad attitude, and cringe atmosphere from the grumpy baristas, this lady was not following the original drink ingredients and she missed adding the bubbles in the frappe and in the second drink the caramel topping barely could be taste. Can you please hire professionals workers, specifically now when the Christmas is coming we want to come with pleasure to our local Costa.
