Greggs — Restaurant in London

3 members of staff all with their backs turned to the customers. I stood at the till waiting… and waiting…. They walked to and from the back of the shop doing whatever needs to be done, they could see me and the queue behind me. I should of just thrown the food I wanted to buy and walked out, but instead I had to ask someone “can I buy this?” Then the lady served me. Shame. How very disappointing. It seems the trend to provide bland boring tasteless pies has reached new heights. A cheese and onion pie without the onion and lumps of uncooked potatoes, A chicken pie? Questionable. No salt vey little chicken filling floating in some googy slop, Was it worth £6? Nope let's hope the pigeons didn't get digestion. Asked for a chicken sandwich got handed a roll....

Although the food was good and prepared properly, the inside tables were littered with dirty crockery, plus the floor was filthy, covered with food possibly untidy customers but the staff were not on the ball with clearing up, several times I noticed the customer toilet door was left wide open and several staff walked past it and left it open, I would not eat...
