Costa Coffee — Restaurant in London

Always a pleasure visiting this particular Costa. I've been coming here for over 7 years, usually between 4-6pm. The staff are always welcoming, friendly and fun and they clearly remember their regulars. They are very professional with their service, offer alternatives, and make suitable suggestions. The atmosphere around that time is nice and relaxed, even when the staff begin to tidy up around customers they don't make too much noise and don't cause a distraction for guests. I recommend popping in just for the smile. It must be lovely for elderly or anyone living alone who pops in just to see...

Went to get coffee and get rid of my headache. Lady Jovita i think very rude she needs training how to speak to customers. Iv been coming over 10 years all over the world and for business wont be anymore. Went to scan my free drink because I didnt tell her she said im not a mind reader next time tell me so I can update it in the system. How was i supposed to know. Normally i just scan and it deducts from the price as always. No one else has been rude. Sad really hope she learns and hope she does not speak to other loyal customers like this. I wont be back and will return my contract...

Nice helpful girl behind counter - even warmed the butter up for me! Coffee and croissant nice but experience was spoilt by the girl clearing the tables who obviously had the hump and made as much noise as possible with the plates and pushing the trolly around. Should have spoken to her but didnt want to cause a scene. Perhaps she diesnt realise she is there to try and make people have a relaxing half hour!
