Been here 3 times now and every single time they forget something. The first tike they forgot TWO tacos but I gave them the benefit of the doubt as it was such a large order. The second time I had to go back for all of my dips because they forgot those and now the third times they've forgotten my chips!!! No phone number to call them either. I've just gotten home 20 minutes away and can't go back to get them now and I cant even call to ask to get them next time. There's at least 10 people working there at all times in the kitchen so tell me why my food is always missing something?! I will be going to woolwich in the future once open. Its a joke!
Oh and update!! To add insult to injury they've given me so little sauce for my churros that I can actually see the bottom of the pot after one dip?! And that's supposed to be enough for SIX is it???...

Once finally receive soft tac was just chucked on top of order in bag, no filling just a load of iceberg lettuce falling all out, not even in a rapper. Asked for full refund which can take upto 10 days to receive. An unsympathetic manager who I thought was the cleaner of the establishment showed everyone out the back my bag of bad food and about 4 people had to peer in the bag, which I wouldn’t of eaten after that anyway, she really didn’t care and was not sorry at all. Submitted feedback requesting a refund and was told I had to go in store to receive it. Also, feedback form kept giving me an error code so I ended up filling it out 4 times only to discover they'd all been successful. Then instead of emailing you like normal people, you have to sign into a customer dashboard that doesn't work properly on phones... After asking for contact details of head office to escalate my complaint they stopped communicating with me. If you can't refund online orders without making people go back to the store, then don't take online orders! I shouldn't have to go 15 mins out of my way and deal with unpleasant staff to be refunded for their mistakes! Order at your own...
