Costa Coffee — Restaurant in London

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Costa cafe in North Acton and I must say it was an absolute delight. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service from the staff. The atmosphere of the cafe was inviting and cozy, creating the perfect atmosphere to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee. When it comes to coffee, the quality here is top notch. Whether you're a fan of classic espresso drinks or prefer something a little more classic like a latte, Costa North Acton has something for everyone. Their baristas are real experts who prepare each drink with precision and care.

But what really makes this cafe stand out is the amazing team behind it: Mrs. MARTA, Mrs. KASIA, NELA AND KONSTANTINA (MY FAVORITE). I adore her. The staff are not only friendly and welcoming, but also extremely attentive to the needs of their customers. It's obvious that they take pride in their work and strive to provide every visitor with an unforgettable experience.

Overall, I wholeheartedly LOVE Costa North Acton CAFE. Whether you're grabbing your morning caffeine or looking for a cozy place to meet friends, this cafe has it all. We return to Costa on North Acton a few days a week with my boyfriend for another dose of great coffee and exceptional service! I come to Costa very often as I like the vibe. It is usually quiet enough to get work done. Noones voice too loud. Except. One. Lady. The manager ( I believe her name is Martha). Her voice is always breaking the sound barrier whether she is talking to a customer or screaming at another poor worker. As a regular customer I would expect as a minimum to be smiled at or greeted normally. However she will always give me a dirty look and attitude when I am placing my order. I have absolutely done nothing to offend her so either she is racist or just doesn't know the basics of working in hospitality. I have spoken with a friend and he also agrees with me on all these points and have experienced the same things. Some days i manage to avoid her (always good days :DD) Other than her the other workers are all nice. There is no other way to say it but that "the stuff who work here are just plainly rude". As I was standing and looking at the menu the brista started calling me hello hello hello, therefore I looked at her and tried to order but she look me dead in the eye n keep saying hello hello hello. Maybe I bothered her by looking at the menu too long, perhaps she just plainly don't like me for being Asian, perhaps. I got my drink sit down n asked for a WiFi pass to another lady , this lady plainly look at me in very dislike looks toward me. Called out "Hello WiFi" then gave me the pass.
