I read reviews with many saying something from their order was missing. I still took a risk and ordered and surprise surprise they forgot my sweet and sour prawn balls.

Ironically that was also the same thing for one of the reviews I read.

Not sure why they find it hard to fulfill a full order but it will affect their business if they dont improve things.

I literally ordered 3 items so not sure how they can forget one of them it's not like it's a large order.
