Costa Coffee — Restaurant in London

This is was the first time I visited this Costa and was disgusted with the service I received from a blond head woman who never took my in the first place. First she made my order wrong the argued the fact that I didn’t order what I asked for because she didn’t hear me how could she when she was making coffee she was not the one who took my order and repeatedly accused me of lying about my order I can’t have normal caffeine milk I asked for decaffeinated with coconut milk. The fact she kept telling that that’s not what I ordered which it was. The told me how it’s .50p more for what I ordered and I told her that I don’t mind paying the extra but I am Not lying in despite she continue to argue with me that I was lying. I will never visit again rude behaviour I personally think it was because I am Asian as she was friendly with everyone else and we was the only Asian...

Sadly fresh vegetables have been lacking and often substandard. The move to compete with Aldi is often not like for like so beware. I was told by a 'manager' 2wks before the first lockdown that supermarkets are not subject to health and safety 🤦🏻‍♀️ when I complained a cashier, not for the first time, clearly quite ill was sneezing into hands and touching food. Let's hope anyone I'll is now sent home. However they gained a star yesterday when an incorrect price was displayed on a product and they let me purchase at that price. The managers looked young, fresh and keen to put customers first....

Lovely friendly staff but my cup had lipstick marks on it also the knife had old food on it I had to take both back to the counter for new ones, one dirty utensil I can forgive but not a dirty cup and a dirty...
