Seven Stars — Restaurant in London

I work round the corner from this establishment so I have visited quite a few times (eating and drinking). I like it less each time I visit. Food on a good day is mediocre and well overpriced for the quality. Poor selection of Ciders and whether you order Tetleys or San Miguel it will all taste like metal. Food preparation takes a long time. On one occasion I had to complain about a Piri Piri Chicken wrap which contained hardly any meat, the waitress was extremely rude and didn't offer any sort of apology. My colleagues and I will often venture out for lunch on Friday afternoons but my dislike of this place is now so great that I refuse to join them if they plan to visit the Seven Stars.

Went there for lunch with two work colleagues. Nice decor, food ok, but overpriced for what it is, my biggest problem with this place is that whenever I go there the food comes out at completely different times, so my colleagues had almost finished eating by the time I got mine. It isn't rocket science to time orders for the same table to come out together. When people go out together they generally want to eat together. There was hardly anyone in the pub...

Nice place, not too busy but not empty too. Food was good, just the hand cut chips weren’t tasty, tasted a bit sweet or like had been done in old oil. But the burger was very good, and quite big too. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful. When we told them that the chips didn’t taste right, they have given us normal chips instead which were much better.
