The interior is still being refurbished but love the quirky design and there are even gaming machines as if you are in an arcade with popular games like Tekken! This will be in use once lockdown ends! How cool!! It certainly goes with their motto 'Eat, Play, Crave, Repeat.'

Mohammed and the staff were very friendly and talkative! Their meat is HMC certified!

We received freshly prepared:

🍕 Detroit pizza Tandoori fusion - We initially didn't opt for this and just chose one pizza. We were recommended to try it as it was a signature pizza! It’s a rectangular thick layer crusted pizza loaded with cheese and toppings! The toppings were tandoori chicken, chicken tikka, onions, mushrooms, mixed peppers and green chillies! These were very nice and spicy! 🔥 We're so glad to have been recommended this as it was our favourite item!! You have to try this, not very often you’ll eat a Halal Detroit style pizza.

🍕 Half and Half- Chick' Mango and More Roni New York 15 inch pizza - this was certainly different. The dough was not the usual dough as it had a higher than normal gluten content which you could tell from the texture of the pizzas! More roni was delicious as we don't normally have halal pepperoni pizzas but the Chick' Mango was on another level and tasted divine! We LOVED the toppings of mango habenero chicken, pineapple, onions and peppers and the mango habanero sauce drizzled on top elevated the flavours! A must try topping!

Both pizzas are influenced by famous pizza styles in the US! They also do a Chicago style which is one to check out!

We chose a selection of different flavoured wings: 🍗 BBQ 🍗 Korean 🍗 Honey Garlic 🍗 Lemon and pepper

The chicken wings coatings were delicious! Loved the lemon and pepper the most! What an ingenious idea as we've never had this flavoured wings before. The BBQ was beautifully glazed and tasted delish! The chicken wings were quite veiny though but cooked very well!

Definitely give these US inspired pizzas a try!! You will definitely...

Second time visiting Crave. I'm not one to mind paying high prices for junk food every now and then especially if its tasty.

Upon the first visit we had a good impression so me and my mate decided to visit again.

The square pizza as well as the thin crust is what we ordered (which was wrong as we got a normal pan). The pizzas came out very soggy this time which is concerning as Crave has a lot of complaints due to soggy/undercooked pizza in the past. It was a shame because the Detroit square pizza was nice last time but it was an actual joke having been served such a gooey mess, it would have just needed a few extra minutes in the oven to reach perfection. The same applied to the circle pan pizza which was a shame.

We got wings... and yeah the wings are nice. The Mango Habanero wings on this occasion were not spicy at all, which was a shame.

I mean those two factors are forgivable. The last two things that put off the experience was the reluctance to give some dips. We got them , but I don't understand why a conversation was needed for a few pots of ketchup. Lastly it's the price, I'm all up for supporting local businesses especially ones with gaming (arcades). Usually when paying premium for pizza (premium being paying more than your average pizza hut or dominos) you would expect a certain level of quality. I mean if I paid £5 for a 9inch and it came back soggy I wouldn't be so disappointed as you get what you pay for, and honestly I don't actually understand what I got for the amount I paid.

Oh yeah bonus factor... one of the fries order was wrong. Staff did replace but didn't offer an apology or at least display any sincerity...

I recently had the pleasure of ordering from CRAVE, and my overall experience was quite positive. We opted for the convenience of ordering via phone and later picking up our pizzas. Let me start with the highlight of the experience—the pizzas themselves were simply outstanding. The flavors were rich, the crust was perfectly baked, and the toppings were generous. It's safe to say that the pizzas were truly to die for, and this alone would have warranted a 5-star rating.

However, I feel compelled to mention that the customer service, while not terrible, left something to be desired. The staff was courteous, but there was a slight lack of attention to detail that affected the overall experience. It seemed like there was room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and ensuring a smoother interaction during the order and pick-up process. This aspect prevented me from awarding a perfect 5-star rating.

Despite this minor hiccup, the exceptional quality of the pizzas overshadows any shortcomings in customer service. If CRAVE can refine and elevate its service to match the excellence of its pizzas, it would undoubtedly be a five-star establishment. I'll certainly be returning for the culinary delight that their...
