Dixy Chicken London — Restaurant in London

Bought food from here. Firstly the uncle at the till couldn’t understand the order properly, not just mine but other people behind me and front of me aswell.

When it came to paying I gave uncle the money in his hands and said thank you. When it came to giving me back my change uncle took the money, I stuck my hand out and uncle brought it near my hand and then placed the money on the counter because he didn’t want to give it back in my hands. This has nothing to do with food safety or cleanliness issues because he had no problem taking money from my hands and then prepping my food with bare hands that he hasn’t washed after serving other customers and touching money that only god knows where it’s been. He looked at me like I’m some sort of animal and clearly they have no respect for their customers.

Avoid this place because they clearly have no customer service skills and I really think the council ought to be looking into their cleanliness. The guy prepping people’s food etc didn’t...

Wednesday the 28th of November I purchased a half a pounder which didn't contain any onions or any tomato as pictured in the menu I was given no information whether the items were out of stock I was left once again feeling unhappy with my purchase it's not the first time drinks has been forgotten previously also... it's not gourmet food it's supposed to be fast food but at least work from a method so each item is the same it's very simple...

Surprised by the previous reviews—I couldn’t disagree more. This is hands down the best chicken shop in East London. Best chicken, the wings are unreal, and there’s a great variety to choose from. The place is clean, prices are fair, and the staff are some of the hardest-working people I’ve seen—dealing with all kinds of nonsense and still keeping real. The chicken is cooked to perfection, I always know exactly what I’m getting. Service is 10/10, banter and food on point, and it’s consistently solid every time. Great chicken, people and great vibes.
