Absolutely disgusted with the way my issue was supposedly in their eyes resolved. Placed an order at 8.58pm from my local Crayford branch which I've always used. Called at 9.30pm to check up on progress as personal tracker was still showing as placed order. Was told couldn't find order by first assistant, then told by 2nd couldn't find order and they've had problems with order placed via app in past. 2nd assistant said will place my order and have delivered as priority, took my order and as I asked for compensation he went to ask manager iwho came to the phone and told me that my address had been blocked on system and IT had called them to say so and to contact me regarding it. By this point I was livid to hear this as I have always used Crayford dominos had deliveries in past and collected Sunday just gone with no problems. Not only wasn't I contacted if this was the case, as I had not been 'blocked' for collection, had I been contacted with this info I wouldn't have kept my guest waiting to be fed. When I asked why, not only could they not tell me why just simply that head office have placed me on a block, but when I asked for details on who I can contact regarding his issue I was then told he needed to ring his manager to find out. When he came back to me he said his manager told him that 'it was a fact of looking on google for the details'?! When he said he can still go ahead with the order but can't compensate me as 'he shouldn't be delivering to a blocked address', I told him to forget it.
