Sometimes ok - but on the whole - terrible service with the same issues going back for years have led me to feel it necessary to leave this review.
9 times out of 10 - they don’t stock honey & mustard dip, or possibly, they sell out. The point is you order and pay for it, now through 50+ orders I’d estimate I received the dip I paid for maybe 5 times.
They do give an alternate dip, and often they give more than one of these, but these are dips people didn’t order and therefore don’t want, where’s as the ones the did order and do want don’t arrive - brilliant.
After years of having this problem, it seems they don’t care about it being an ongoing issue - take the item off the menu or stock it, stop frustrating your customers.
Delivery wait - sometimes this is ludicrous, mostly it’s just overly long, be it a lack or drivers or something else delivery times are mostly disappointing.
Refunds - On occasion, after ordering online you get a friendly call telling you it will be and hour and a half wait for the delivery and if you would like to cancel the order, great! But... cancel the order and you’ll be waiting 5 days for a refund on your card.
Missing items - Every so often the store will call if something is out of stock (although NEVER EVER if that thing is honey mustard dip) and you might think to ask to refund that item, they’ll then suggest a replacement with a note on the account to get the item you wanted added to your next order, pretty great!
So you order next time and call to get the store to check the note left on your account by the guy that called last time and add your item to ten order - But of course, there’s no note - it’s always a great feeling, being spoken to as if you are trying it on, to get some free cookies no less.
In summary - this Pinner branch is easily the worst pizza place I've come across in my life, not for the food itself (dominoes is my favourite brand of pizza) but just for the overall experience 95% of the time.

Driver rang, said he was outside, I waited and rang at 10.26, he said it was the wrong pizza so he had to go back. I phoned the shop, they said they would give me a £10 coupon for my troubles which was useless because I'd never order from them again. Phoned back 40 minutes later phone kept ringing, there was no answer. I had to phone the delivery man again. He told me two minutes. Pizza was cold, the driver gave me two extra pizzas that were probably meant for other people (dunno what I'm gonna do with three pizzas). Read moreOrdered online. Delivery was set for asap and I got it within 30minutes which is really good as it was Saturday evening when I ordered. I had a 2 large veg pizzas and 1 medium cheese and tomato for the kids.
Pizza arrived piping hot and were made correctly (removed the ingredients I didn’t want and added what I asked for) free garlic and herb dips with all pizzas was nice.
Delivery man was friendly and polite.
Liked the pizza tracker, kept you up to date with the status of your delivery. It was accurate too.
Only issue was that one pizza was little squashed so the cheese was stuck on the lid on some slices, not really a problem.
Will Be ordering again as they were delicious pizzas. Will try to use the app next time as it saves your previous orders so it’s easier to order...
