Domino's Pizza - London - Southall — Restaurant in London

Ordered on the dominoes app as I have done multiple times ..... But second time from Southall delivery at parents in laws house and second time there was a problem. Waiting one hour after ordering and the app still said preparing pizza, called the store and apparently did not process order as they needed to call me as first time customer but could not get through as number was wrong and called me several times?!? I am not a first time customer and this has Never happened before, said they will start the order now... . Then I got a phone call to my mobile (how did they get the number as I did not give them when I called)...asked and told me o got it now...... So basically lies... Just be honest to customers.... So two and a half hours after first order I get the pizza with 3 toppings missing and 2 extra items we did not order. We ate as starving and not that fussy with toppings as luckily none of us have allergies. Terrible!!! will from now on not use Southall dominoes and be using pizza Hut or papa John's.......terrible expirence but must say only at the Southall branch not my local in hillingdon...

I am writing to express my disappointment following a recent visit to your restaurant. I had an extremely unpleasant experience, both in terms of customer service and food quality.

The staff member working at the counter, whose name I believe is Zanika (though she did not clearly confirm), was very rude and unprofessional. When I asked about pizza toppings and requested extra sauce, she responded in an unkind and almost aggressive manner, which made me feel very uncomfortable.

Additionally, the pizza itself was of very poor quality — the base was undercooked, and the toppings were not prepared properly. The overall taste and presentation were extremely disappointing.

This experience was so negative that I have no intention of returning, and it has honestly put me off pizza altogether for the time being.

I hope you take this feedback seriously, as no customer should be made to feel this way. Thank you for taking the time to read...

If you are planning on having a vegetarian pizza, You are better off going somewhere else as you will not get it here. The staff member were making meat pizzas and started making my vegetarian pizza straight after they finished with meat pizza without washing hands or putting on gloves, when challenged I was informed it was not possible to wash hands or use gloves for every vegetarian pizza and this was a normal Dominos procedure. This may be the right place for you if you wish to have some meat, or meat oil added to your vegetarian pizza. Just having vegetables as topping doesn't make it vegetarian if your staff doesn't know anything about cross contamination or care about your customer's believes or value them.

I did get in touch with customer service who has confirmed that it is their procedure and are unable to wash hands between pizzas like the chefs are unable to do in high End restaurant. Comparing Dominos to High End...
