Arrived after about an hour which was fine but halfway through eating it (because I hadn't eaten all day so I was hungry) I noticed that some of the chicken was raw and so I pulled it off and I was going to eat the rest but I thought better of it (just in case). I rang the store and they agreed to collect the 4 slices I had left and give me a refund (I did explain that I had already eaten 6 before realising but the person I spoke to on the phone said I was still entitled to a full refund).
They collected it and said that they would be be back with the refund after quality check. An hour passed and no call or anything so I rang the store again myself and apparently the manager tried a slice (that I'd already picked off all of the uncooked chicken I could see anyway) said it was fine and so apparently cased closed. The manager had apparently left at this point but I could hear someone talking to the colleague whom I was speaking to on the phone explaining about trying the slice etc. Also the employee has told me that the manager had rang and left a voicemail, which I have no record of and I was advised to contact the customer complaint team, which I eventually did. I'm appalled by this lack of customer service as I shouldn't have had to ring them when they promised that they would ring me back and also the fact that their idea of a food safety test is having someone take a bite out of a pizza. Also, I was told when I first rang to complain that having left only 4 slices was fine but the manager (apparently) said later that because I'd already eaten 6 slicss and he thought it was fine (from the small portion he'd tried- which was devoid of the raw meat that I left in the box- he wasn't going to refund me anything. I think it's ridiculous and if I don't get my money back (or at least some of it) then I'm never ordering from any Dominoes again, let alone Teddington. I explained to them that I've ordered from the store before and I've never had a problem and that it isn't right for chicken meat to smell off and have a squishy slightly pink texture. Apparently that's the style of chicken they serve there, or so I was told this...

I phoned 30 seconds after order to tell them that they usually undercook pizza and if they could push it through for another 1 min to cook longer and if I could get another garlic sauce which I would pay for on arrival.
Guy shows up 15 mins after i order and as expected the pizza and sides undercooked. I gave the driver the order back and phoned the shop to tell them and the same guy I spoke to claimed to NOT be the same guy. I told him how the order was and he started being rude and said it was 'long' to do alll that he confirmed he would not do that.
After a long back and forth he said he would re make the pizza and sides and send it back. When they came back with the food it was still undercooked and they forgot half of my order!!
2 hours later I get all my food, cold, undercooked and badly made.
If you can order other food I would highly advise it as this place is...
Read moreI would say this is our go-to pizza delivery, however it's getting more and more expensive everytime we open the app. I realised last night we only ordered 3 times in 2024 and at £48 for a family of 2.5 itll probably be less often in 2025. That said, you know what you're getting in terms of quality. It's big, filling, greasy and tasty which is perfect if that's your poison. There are better pizzas out there and certainly more authentic ones but not many taste better than domino's does the-morning-after. Perfect leftovers for lunches.
Delivery drivers are very nice guys and the service is always supremely reliable. The quality and portions are absolutely fine and I enjoy that dominoes regularly updates its offerings...
