Was very excited to try this restaurant/cocktail bar.

However, on arrival we asked for the cocktail menu which we was told they don’t have and are not doing (even though there is a menu on the website for cocktails and it being a cocktail bar). When we asked another lady for one that’s on the website we were abruptly told by the lady serving us already “I already told you, no”. I asked for a Prosecco to which they didn’t have. “SHOCK” I settled for a coke, partner ordered a Coke Zero and beer. They only brought one coke over. We were served our food with such terrible cutlery and to cut through a tough bit of meat with the knives we were given was hilarious. (Even the table across from us was laughing) We asked for another knife and they said that’s the only cutlery they had.

The atmosphere was extremely uncomfortable, are table area was dark. Not even a candle on the table. They sat us right next to a staff storage cupboard which also was fun.

When paying for the bill, we asked them to add 15% for tip considering the experience we had. we were told to give them cash if we wanted to tip. We was in shock how cheeky that was to be told we should give them cash.

We will 100% not be going back to this restaurant. It is not a cocktail bar.. they have fake advertising on their websites to say otherwise. Very very uncomfortable vibes.

I’d recommend bringing your own cutlery...

Ordered from their website for collection and paid. When I went to go collect the food I was told the kitchen was closed and had been for a while. When I asked for a refund the bar staff told me they were not able to do this so I should email in.

I emailed in four times asking for a refund to both the address on their website and the address given to me by the staff. There has been no reply to any of these emails. I have been in twice and they keep telling me to email in and offer very little else in terms of assistance. I tried to make it easier for them and asked if I could use the payment as credit but they refused as they couldn’t do it.

I can’t comment on the food as I still haven’t seen a single poppadom from them, but the service is dreadful and if you order from here you probably have a high chance of...

It’s a real shame as this place could be great- the decor and food was lovely but the experience was pretty awful. No plates to eat our food off- we had to ask for them whilst the food got cold, then they brought plates out for half of us, they put the mains down and couldn’t tell us what they were so we didn’t know whose was whose. Rice arrived 15 mins after the main course. We weren’t given menus when we asked to order- we had to go round then restaurant to find some. Wine was warm. When we tried to raise our concerns fairly to just ask for plates the manager was really rude. They blamed the slow service on it being a Saturday but only one other table was eating food and the issues we had were easily fixable but it felt like they didn’t want to. I really hope they improve their service and train their...

I discovered this gem of a restaurant through an Instagram review, and it exceeded all my expectations! The food was absolutely divine, and the service was top-notch. A special shoutout to Ekta, who was incredibly helpful and super friendly, making our experience even more delightful. We indulged in the Gulab Jamun and strawberry cheesecake, and both were simply phenomenal. I can't wait to return for another fantastic meal! Another shout-out to the manager. I didn't catch your name but you were wearing a white t-shirt and you were the icing on the cake with what you did and you know what!

The new place has a nice vibe good beers, the food however is way overpriced. I had 5 x half wings (image below) for £9.50. The wings were nice well seasoned and cooked well so hats to the chef, but that is ridiculously high at nearly 2.5 wings total realistically, and around £2 a half wing in a pub. A pack of wings is £2-3, this is extremely marked up. Appreciate you have to make profit margins and costs our high but if bars in similar locations can do a similar product for half that or double that portion, it does not have validity to a cheap cut of meat.
