Hygiene Needs Serious Attention
I’ve been a regular customer for quite some time now, and one of the main reasons I keep coming back is because the quality of your pizza is consistently excellent. The flavors, the freshness of the ingredients, and the overall preparation usually meet a very high standard — and for that, I’ve always appreciated your service.
However, I was extremely disappointed with my most recent order. While the pizza tasted great as always, I found not one but two curly hairs baked into it. It was immediately off-putting and very concerning from a hygiene standpoint. Upon closer inspection, it seemed like this could have been prevented if the staff had been wearing proper protective gear, like hair and beard nets. This is a basic requirement in food service, and I’m surprised it was overlooked.
What made the situation even more unfortunate is that I had ordered this pizza while entertaining guests at my home. Needless to say, it was very embarrassing to have something like this appear on the table in front of others. It completely killed the mood, and we ended up discarding the food altogether. It was not just disappointing — it was an experience that left a really bad impression on my guests and made me feel uncomfortable as the host.
I’m sharing this feedback not to be overly critical, but because I truly believe your team can and should do better. A strong focus on hygiene and cleanliness is absolutely essential, especially when preparing food that is going directly to customers’ homes. I sincerely hope that management takes this matter seriously and reinforces stricter hygiene protocols with all staff.
I’d still like to continue ordering from you in the future, but only if I can trust that these standards will be upheld. Please consider this a constructive suggestion from someone who genuinely values your food and service.

Thank you for your response. I’m not here to argue or damage your reputation — in fact, I took the time to write my review because I actually like your pizza and have had good experiences with it in the past. That’s why this issue came as such a disappointment.

Whether staff have long hair, curly hair, or short hair, food safety regulations still require the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) — such as hair nets, beard covers, and aprons — to prevent any hair from contaminating food, regardless of its length or texture. The presence of two curly hairs baked into the pizza is what prompted my concern. It’s not about who works there, but about the level of hygiene maintained in the kitchen.
The point of my review was not to attack your business, but to highlight an issue that could be improved. I shared this publicly because the experience was embarrassing in front of guests, and because I believe hygiene in food service is non-negotiable.
That said, I understand that you may feel defensive. Still, I would have appreciated a more constructive tone in your response rather than being accused of lying or leaving fake reviews. This wasn’t meant to harm you, and I have no issue updating or editing the review once I see improvement — I even mentioned I enjoy your food and want to continue ordering.

MY REPLY: Are you crazy? Forgot your CCTV footage. Look at how little toppings are on the pizza in the picture! On the whole pizza there are maybe 4 pieces of pineapple and 4 small pieces of meat!!! THERE IS NOTHING UNDER THE CHEESE!! AND YOU SHOULD PUTTINGS ON TOP OF CHEESE!!! SO WHY ARE THE OLIVES NOT UNDER THE CHEESE?
I added a picture with circles - the green circles are the pineapple and the red circles is the meat! Nothing hidden under cheese! Just not enough toppings! SCAM FOR £18!!
