I have stayed at this Hotel before a few years ago & I remember not being overly impressed but it’s a Premier Inn so I wasn’t expecting much or felt I couldn’t complain.
I recently stayed here with my partner for a gig at Wembley stadium & I would go as far to say that it partly ruined our experience. I would say the only positives about this hotel is that the guy on the reception was very friendly & the bed was comfy & surprisingly clean. The bathroom was absolutely filthy, it looked as though it hadn’t even been wiped down after the last guest. There was what looked like toothpaste stained up the tiles, fake tan stains & yellow marks around the toilet seat and the shower was covered in mould/rust. There was also hairs all over the bathtub which was utterly gross. The carpet was full of stains, I wore my shoes to travel anywhere in the room other than the bed because I believed it was that dirty. The aircon wouldn’t work either which was disappointing because it was a hot day. The area is just not very nice in general, it felt really unsafe & if I was going to another event at Wembley again I would probably opt to save & spend a little more money on another hotel. I paid £137 for the night & it wasn’t worth a single penny of that in my opinion. I won’t be...
Read moreWe stayed at Greenford Premier Inn for three nights in October 2022 to visit London.
After lots of searching this was one of the only hotels I could find that had free parking and within walking distance of the tube.
It is about 10 mins walk to Perivale Underground Station (Zone 4 Central Line) and 30 mins ride into Central London. We got Oyster cards and they are capped at £11 a day unlimited travel from Zone 4 into and around Central London.
We never had a problem finding a parking space at the hotel.
The hotel is a bit tired decor wise but the rooms were clean and we slept well, I usually wake if it's noisy but slept through each night. There were no maintenance issues in our room and everything worked as it should (shower air con etc)
We had breakfast one morning at the pub next door (full English and Continental) and it was nice, reasonably priced and we didn't have to book ahead. We also had the carvery which they serve every day and that was really good, recommend if you've been walking about London all day working up an appetite!
The staff were friendly and smiling!

Read moreWe have visited this Inn before and find it a good one for travelling into London from Perivale underground. We stayed this time from 7th-9th September. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond the control of the receptionist, Orphia Hooper, the room we'd asked for was not available when we arrived. She was extremely helpful in resolving the difficulties which resulted from this, giving us a spare room to change in for our visit to the Proms, and personally preparing another room which met our requirements for the rest of our stay. She also provided a proper non-slip mat for use in the over-bath-shower, to assist me after my knee replacement operation. On subsequent days she was also very helpful with answers to our questions, so I want to give her a shout out for going above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you, Orphia.
We have reported our thoughts to the overall management of Premier Inn, about the possibility of more rooms with walk-in, as opposed to over-the-bath, showers for future hotel conversions, to assist those of us who are older and less able, while not wheelchair users. We look forward to using Premier Inn again...
