Duci — Restaurant in London

My *1 favourite Gelato in London.

Amazing Italian Gelato. Usually try the other Italian ice cream but today we decided to go for Duci. We were impressed. It’s perfect for summer as it doesn’t melt as easily as ice cream. The flavours are bold the mango flavour tasted sweet and juicy like a honey mango. The pistachio flavour (green) was the one we saw most popular coming in and out of the shop - creamy and nutty flavour. The portion sizes were good for the price. We had the large tub around £5 and the 3 large scoops overfilled the cup. The staff were friendly, professional and experienced - highly impressed especially the way they scoop the gelato in the cup and the portion sizes...

I’m sure you have amazing ice cream and it’s great to see an independent store thrive at this time. However, I would like to complain about the lack of social distancing. I want to support local stores but I can’t if you are not responsible when you choose to open. When walking past your store yesterday, you had a massive queue of around 10 metres (which was great for you!) but no one was stood 2 metres away from each other. You MUST inflict strong guidelines for social distancing and use markings on the pavement or railings. It’s your responsibility as the store owner to impose these standards. Please please consider doing this and I’ll definitely be one of them...

We have just got home from Duci. It was our first time there, kindly advised by a couple of guys we've just met outside. The place had already the "closed" signage on the door however, Andrea was so kind to let everyone in! We all felt very welcomed, he was chatting with very friendly manners as he just started his shift. Also, the four of us really wanted to get the pistachio flavour but there was enough just for one person... with no hesitation Andrea went at the back and returned with a new pot of pistachio fully loaded just to make everyone happy! What an outstanding customer service and what a delicious ice cream, we will definitely...
