Pricing is abysmal, been several times and prices have varied on each visit which is inconsistent. If you visit their instore shop they will almost always charge you as though you are delivering from just eat/over the phone (which is more expensive). Their takeaway menu and instore prices are different, but they will always charge you (unless you state otherwise), from the takeaway menu.
For example a peri peri burger is priced in store at 2.99 but on their paper menu (for takeaway and on just eat) its priced at 3.49, you are usually charged at 3.49 unless you state, they are showing on a big poster behind them that it's 2.99.
Similarly a peri peri burger meal is priced at 5.99 but if you bought each item individually (burger, fries and drink), it becomes cheaper. Again, pricing is everywhere and extremely disorganized. Buying the burger at 2.99, reg fries at a £1.49 and a drink (an overpriced can for £1, while several convienance stores along the parade sell at cheaper prices), all come together at 5.48... There is zero incentive to purchase these items together as a meal as you are given no saving.
These prices should be more coherent with the venue they are selling at. Do not show online prices and mix them with instore pricing as it creates general confusion. Also the meals are generally cheaper individually as opposed to a meal package. Coming to your store is pointless as I'm being charged as though im paying for the luxury of having the food delivered... (understanding that most restaurants that deliver food will generally bump up prices to cover delivery costs)
Quality of food greatly varies, I've had undercooked chicken that was basically inedible and on some visits the burger has had no salad at all (even after confirming salad was in the burger). Although being fair they have also delivered some good tasting burgers but unfortunately, this isn't consistent.

I ordered from them four days ago via deliveroo but after an hour of waiting (despite promising a 25 minute delivery) I called up and they said they needed to cancel my order due to transportation issues and I should be getting a refund. Two days later and the money had not come back to my account, so I called them. The manager was not there but I was promised they would call me later. Once again, two days later and no call. So I called again and supposedly no manager.
I decided to call deliveroo and figure out what was going on. Deliveroo called them and 'surprisingly' got through to the manager. They told them that I was not at the door for pick up and they had tried to contact me that day but I never answered which is why I didn't get a refund. This is a blatant lie, but do you know the best part about it?
My house has a camera set up at the door which automatically records anyone who gets close. Furthermore, my phone is set up to get a WhatsApp message the minute the driver leaves the restaurant. So I had two types of proof that they were lying in addition to my phone calls! It was then that I finally was granted a refund.

SO WHY DO THE APP & WEBSITE HAVE DIFFERENT PRICES?
I texted them asking for an answer and now have been sitting here for over 90 minutes waiting for a response. I got two texts from EE telling me the text was successfully delivered, so I don’t know why I am being ignored.
I’m not a playa hater so I won’t give this one star, but I also am not impressed so far so I’ll stay neutral and give it 3 stars. Hopefully the food will make me give a positive review.
Also they don’t have an app. I searched in Econo Mottingham on App Store like the leaflet suggested & nothing showed up. So another lie. But I went on the website and clicked their link to an app, and they have somebody else’s app which is titled ‘My Takeaway’ not titled Econo Pizza.
