F&A Lounge — Restaurant in London

If I could give a zero I would. Came here for a surprise birthday party. From the get go everything was a shambles. The staff are so unorganised and rude. Could only assume that it was due to the colour of our skin.

Ordered the seabass with grilled veg and extra side of chips. payed £17 to receive 2 fillets of seabass with a tiny portion of chips and no vegetables. I asked the staff about this and was told it doesn't come with veg. (Even though it states that it does)

I asked what did I pay £17 and now my food is cold. The member of staff rudely said I will give you your money back. (No apology, no offer of a substitute) I asked if I could order something else and was told I should hurry up as the kitchen closed in 15 minutes.

Members of our party was waiting for food for up to 1 hour after ordering. Very dysfunctional and unorganised establishment

I declined to reorder as the attitude of the staff was disgusting. I would never come back here again and definitely would not recommend anyone...

Rebranding yourselves as Better ! is questionable with the customer service you offer your customers that do not look like you. Today my disabled mother came into your shop and she was profiled by the female manager. When my mum presented her money she was asked “is that real money”. Why did you think my mum didn’t have real money? What did you assume? I will certainly be coming into your shop to discuss this situation further ! All my mum wanted was a cappuccino? Did she look like she could afford one ? But they still took the money after this complete...

I came for a surprise birthday and left disgusted. The food was absolutely horrendous. It took a long time for the food to come out and some members of the group even had to get a refund as the food never came. The lamb chops and lamb shish had no seasoning at all and was tough, I was fighting with my food . That is very unacceptable The salad tasted off and was basically inedible.
