Had lunch in this teeny tiny place a couple weeks ago, wasn’t expecting a burst of flavors this good! We got the falafels and hummus platter, then the chicken wrap, halloumi wrap and falafel wrap (in order of preference). The all come with hummus, salad and a drink of your choice, recommend ayran of course! Service is a bit slow but it’s because there’s only 1 person at the till! We didn’t mind this! Love supporting local businesses! Super lovely lunch!

Exceptional service, atmosphere and falafel! The owner is very welcoming and attentive. All of the dishes and sauces are made in-house, always fresh and delicious. Cannot recommend it more! Also, you can purchase mouthwatering baklava to take away for gifts, it comes in pretty boxes and yet again, home made by the owner! Other sweets like fig rolls and halawa are also on sale!

The food is always lovely in this place. But I’ve lost count of the amount of times I’ve been asked what sauce and salad I want, only to get home and discover they didn’t listen. I say no tomatoes every time because I’m allergic, but only once have I actually had no tomatoes. I really love the food, but I’m always made to feel like an inconvenience when ordering here.

What a bad customer service, attitude and small portion! I’d never visit this place again. We asked from the guy where is the cash point and he says he doesn’t know which is impossible. Then we came back he is very angry asking do you want to seat outside? We said yes. He went why don’t you seat on the left? There was a guys seating in the left table. We asked for ketchup or any sauce and he responded very bad “I already put sauce inside the wrap” the portions were very small and we asked for Fanta and he gave us Miranda assuming Fanta and Miranda are the same!

I think he should treat customers nicely if you don’t want anyone spend money in your shop then let them know first but don’t be angry...

Portions are plentiful - and the food is almost always excellent -but dishes are often inconsistent with their menu descriptions. For example, the Vegan Platter is listed as containing "Spicy potato and hummus and mutabal and salad and 2x falafel and 1x vegetable kubbeh and bread". Often no potato arrives, sometimes the kubbeh is absent and, once, it included falafel wraps (rather than the individual bread, falafel and salad items).

When we've called them up to question discrepancies they don't seem to know what's going on and, when we've been assured that their manager will call us back, this has never materialised.

We'll keep ordering from them, but what arrives will always be a bit of...

I saw a review for this place that mentioned asking for no tomatoes and still receiving them, it has happened to me many times, including today. What confused me even more is that I stated it whilst ordering and the guy behind the counter even double checked with me "no tomatoes right?" when making the wrap. Well when I got home and opened it, there they were, tomatoes. At this point it just seems he's either doing it deliberately or doesn't know what a tomato is. It's a shame because the food here is genuinely good and the prices are great.

My advice to people would be to only ever go here when the older gentleman is serving, the young guy is just deliberately...
