Favorite Chicken West Drayton — Restaurant in London

The food tasted like soap liquid I guess from dirty oil.. Chicken was not freshly cooked.. when I called to complain to manager they refused to put call through I had tphysically 're visit where I was told I was banned the reason undisclosed the only reason I see is the fact they gave me a refund.. I had been going there on n off since it opened and never had an altercation with anyone.. However, their service standards and treatment for anyone whom complains is diabolical. Staff especially one in particular is very rude has no customer service training.. almost felt guilty for soap liquid tasting food.. Customers do have a right to complain and that needs to be clearly understood.. My rating is 0 on food and - 0 on...

I paid £9 for chicken and chips to this guy, which is already on the pricey side for a basic meal. What made it worse was the terrible customer service. The person serving was extremely rude — no greeting, no respect, just an unpleasant attitude throughout. I asked for sauce since I was eating in, and he gave me ketchup and mayo like I was begging for it, with a strange, dismissive attitude. Honestly, it felt like I was doing him a favour by being there, not the other way around. Would not recommend — plenty of better places with better food...

I just went in about 5 minutes ago to buy food for my partner i asked the owner i believe for the chicken to be well done he told me no ,i asked for 3 piece of sidebreast as i wanted a piece of chicken and my partner only eats sidebreast he told me no ,i then asked for fresh chips he told me no and handed back my money his rude his attitude stinks and its not the first time i have seen him be rude to customers his not friendly at all and as a paying customer i should be able to get what i am paying for , i would not recommend...
