Hello to whomever is reading. This review has been a long time coming, i can gladly say i’m pleased to finally get the opportunity to write it.

Chapter 1: Food The food at Favourites chicken perfectly encapsulates the enigma of a nice chicken and chips, without a doubt. Although the stinginess of the sauce options could be kept to a minimum, the food is respectable.

Chapter 2: Work Professionalism A business should always aim to keep the workplace morale as high as possible, however i think they thought about the wrong type of high. Not even a world-wide threat level force could push me to be this agitated and aggravated in a workplace. There’s not much to be said, aside from start treating ur customers right pls.

Conclusion: Overall, a captivating thought at the least, favourites chicken has the ability to go so far, yet is so far. 5.5/10. However, best believe you’ll see me behind those shimmery windows time...

Went on Friday evening to get dinner, Very rude customer service. Ordered a 10 piece bucket and 10 wings. Food was not that great and was given very small chips because I did not want to upgrade to large chips these weren’t even regular size as you are supposed to get with this bucket. The management has changed and so has the quality of the food and service. Looks like a husband and wife with a couple of staff, all need to take a course in customer service or their will be on one to be rude to! The pricing needs to be up so it is clear what you are paying as it felt like the rude man that was serving me was making the prices up for the wings as these were not displayed. I would have given zero stars if it was possible. These people have NO respect for their customers and should remember without us they have...

Extremely disappointing experience, ruined my evening. I placed an order at 21:06 and didn’t receive it until 22:30. When I called the restaurant, the person I spoke to was rude and dismissive, saying they only had one driver and my food would be “fresh” as if that made the delay acceptable.

The driver then got lost and couldn’t find my postcode, which made things even worse. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, greasy, and far from good.

Customer service was zero, and overall the experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I strongly recommend people avoid this place I will definitely not be ordering from here again.

Just Eat should seriously reconsider partnering with this...
