Not the greatest of cafe’s. I came here the other day with a colleague of mine, and asked for the halal breakfast. The owner came and said the only halal option is the most expensive breakfast in the menu. The place being busy, I and hesitant to get a seat before I have to wait, I didn’t really check the menu and placed the order. After sitting down, I looked at the menu and saw other things on the menu that were halal, but the owner obviously took advantage of the situation and upsold. The food came out pretty quick, which is a plus if the food was good. But everything was just basic and it was as if they didn’t care for the food that they are serving. I understand that it was the peak time I came in, but they were hesitant to get me out as soon as I finished my breakfast. I spent £9.90 on food that I could have got from asda for under £3 and stick it in the microwave… the least they could have done was let me stay seated for 5 mins before I left for work. It’s a good thing this place is so far away from home, and that I don’t work in this area very often, because I wouldn’t even think about coming back here. The best bit of the breakfast was their choice of bread for the toast they serve with it, but even that wasn’t toasted properly.

I've been looking for something like this for such a long time. A good & proper proper cafe. The 1st green flag was how busy it was, the 2nd green flag was a team behind the counter getting things done. Then the proof in the cooking, I had an egg & bacon roll .......... decent, much bacon couldn't fault it & a sausage in a roll again, done well & tasted good, reasonable prices too. I will be back for sure!

Went to drop my car to the garage for a check up today and popped into foulis cafe. Asked for a full English breakfast and a cuppa tea. 5 minutes later and it landed on my table. Nice and hot. Tasted perfect with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Usually put ketchup on but didn't need to tasted great as it was. Great job Foulis and crew 5*

BEST FRY UP I HAVE EVER HAD! I order from this wonderful caff via Deliveroo and it is hands down the best fry up I’ve ever had! Portions are enormous. You can choose from any number of set menus but I love both the Solomon’s Special (choose your own) or the Mega Breakfast. Sausages are proper and juicy, bacon fried perfectly, eggs fried just right. Fresh fried tomatoes. You get a coffee and tea, too, and two rounds of thickly buttered toast. They also have a wide selection of general caff fare like roast with potatoes or chips, liver and bacon, or pies. All served in great big aluminium trays so everything turns up piping hot and delicious. Not only that but they are super friendly and so kind. Once they didn’t have something so called me up and offered me the next best thing no extra charge. I’ve also called them to amend little things like no butter on my toast and they made a note for my orders going forward. Just lovely from start to finish. I cannot rate them more highly or recommend them more. 100/10. Order today! You will never...

Terrible Cafe! I have used this cafe numerous times and never had a problem, today I had ordered the exact same meal as always, I requested no butter as my partner has severely allergic.

I then called the cafe to explain the situation and all I got in return is arrogance and lies, the owner of the cafe had changed his story three times.

Would not recommend this cafe to anyone as what they had done is extremely dangerous! I will be taking this matter further!

TERRIBLE SERVICE SHOULD BE...
