I actually don't do comments very often! But today i am very very angry with the staffs, especially the chef at this location!!! I stopped there on my way to work to grab a coffee and a breakfast roll at 7.10am. Not much was ready and the outside chairs and tables was still inside and now being set up. Finally got served my coffee and the i waited amd waited for my roll since the chef decided he will make it when he feels like it. Because he was really in no hurry to cook but instead do the setting of outside table and chairs altho there was already someone else doing it. I finally asked the cashier/waitress with whom i ordered my coffee if it will be long to be served and to my horror she got no clue and said" i dont know". And she asked the chef and he said " he will make it in 5mins. After i waited for 15mins for just nothing and asked for a refund. Beyond ridiculous! The Managers should review the cctv cameras!!! I have never seen...

It was just 15 minute walk from my place and I can get a bus to get to Vauxhall to go to work. I felt happy to find a great iced coffee in London, cause I was desperate to find one back then. Since then, this place widely spread in London has been my top 3 place to visit to get an iced coffee. Their hot coffees are great as well. it lives up to every standard of coffee lovers and the pastries and cakes are great as well. Local friendly. Outside seating is great as well in the nice weather. Extra charge added for getting a table. pay first , served later. when you have scone, ask them to have it toasted unless you want your scone served unheated just on a plate with nothing added but the already added service charge...

It cost £3.90, so I had high expectations. I do know that sourdough has little bubbles of air in the dough, and so leaves some small holes in the texture of the bread. This thing was full of holes, loads of them, some bigger than a two-pence piece - try buttering that when it’s toast. Half the loaf was nothing, which means I paid nearly £8 for actual bread, which in the end wasn’t great quality anyway. But the attitude did...
