I'm disgusted and shocked of the attitude of the old lady behind the counter, this morning around 7am.i was passing through and door is open,surprised its open so early.so i ask the question "are you open "...the old lady says "well,the door is open" in a sacarism voice and distain look...I was taken back by this rudeness..sorry but greggs really needs to retrain this lady on customer service .I will not be setting foot in...

What's going on? Greg's in Oakwood was shut at 7.30am but sign says should be opened?? And yesterday was told they had no Bacon, and no Sausages ready at 7.30am, que had to wait 7 minutes so will make us all late for work! Come on Ladies, Sort it out please, its rush hour! Love...
