REVIEW EDITED!! AGAIN!!!! Back to bad food burnt or non existence .. how can a ham and cheese toastie not have any CHEESE in it!?! No sandwiches in the fridge at 9AM ?? Plus hardly and pastries This greggs needs to seriously get its act together... change of staff seems amazing especially a lady named Alex ... this is how food should look and be presented even after the morning breakfast rush. .................. There is certain staff at this Gregg's which burn all the products and refuse to make anything else after 3:30pm when they do not close til 6pm .. this is not the 1st time having this experience at this particular branch P.S you need to check the toasties before leaving the premises

Bought the sausage breakfast roll to eat, after taking a bite i notice some green stuff on the bun, wasn’t sure if it was mould or not, i threw the bun away and finished off the sausages. The green colour stuff that was on the bun has put me off breakfast roll, i used to order breakfast roll in the morning everytime i pop in greggs but now i only eat pasties and hot food from greggs.

On several mornings I have found it strange that by 9:30 or 10 am Greggs in East Acton seems to be sold out of any breakfast pastries- ie croissant, pain au chocolat e.t.c... Surely this store would ensure they have sufficient stock to provide pastries for all customers? I found Greggs in Shepherds Bush always have these on stock so why is East Acton an exception?

Today. I witnessed Greggs staff, young lad & girl, with an older lady staff member, chatting and ignored black male customer who asked whether anyone was serving they replied “can’t you see we're busy?!” I was in disbelief at the shocking unprofessionalism! It was so rude & disrespectful. They caused him to get upset & then deliberately were slow in serving him. Passive aggressive bullying. Not diffusing the issue they created, antagonist nastiness. Poor customer service & I left in disgust. THEY are to blame,not...

It's a shame the way this shop is managed, I've lost count of how many times it was supposed to be open and it's closed for no apparent reason. Today the opening time was around 8:30 am, I went there at 10:30 am and it was still closed? In addition to the numerous times that they have empty shelves even though it is not peak hours, the system was offline for months and we were unable to use the points or accumulate them. It is a shame for the company to maintain...
