Worst fish and chips I've ever had. I visited last week and bought two haddock and a large chips. By the time I got home (after around 5 minutes of purchase), I unwrapped the fish to find a greasy mess. The fish were cold already, with paper wrapped around them covered in oil, and, with the skin still on and having found a scale or two, they were horrible. I decided to take back the fish and chips, and was told that they do not offer refunds. I demanded one given that the quality was quite so bad, only to be told that they must be okay because they don't get many complaints. I eventually got a refund for one fish. Avoid this place at all costs. Terrible staff, terrible fish, and...

so we walk in there and say hello and the guy standing there didn't say nothing, he just starred at us like we were Aliens or something. and the women didn't say nothing either. so we ordered and asked if we could have an extra nugget in the nugget roll. she said no lol. how about say to us yes of cause but will be extra ££. I was just no. this shop staff needs to go and do a customer service course and then they might have a chance of getting returning customers. and to top it off, we said good bye to them after receiving our food and of course No Reply. WE WILL NEVER be going there again....

If there was an option for zero stars that's what I would have selected!!

The customer service is rubbish unless your a local they treat you like ur unwelcome!!! Even though your putting money into their pockets!!!

Fish was small and dry and chewy batter. Chips were bland and very disappointing as I asked for salt and vinegar there was none!! Over priced and rubbish food... I feel very let down first takeaway since pandemic and this is what I recieve for £21!!! Rubbish chips rubbish cod rubbish size rubbish customer service !!!! Will never shop here again DO NOT WAISTE YOUR...
