Greggs — Restaurant in London

Visited today with a member of my household, outside the shop it’s states 2 persons only and as the shop was empty we both went inside and was immediately harassed by a rude member of staff.

This member of staff was continuing to berate us for being in the shop at the same time as we were preventing another person from entering, note there wasn’t any one else waiting to come in.

Not one of the best greggs I have been to, staff are rude, and the girl that served me didnt know what I was talking about when I asked for a loaf with poppy seeds, I had to show her the difference between the breads they were selling. other times I have been totally ignored with staff more interested in who was going on the next tea break, although when I returned a cake that was uncooked I was treated with respect by staff, only to be ignored again on...

Have used this store many, many times. Can be hit and miss-sometimes they have lots of the hot snacks available, other times they have completely run out and need to cook more, which means a 14 mins wait. Generally I like to get a chicken bake but these are 1 of the items which sell out fast. Over all the store is gernally clean and tidy, and the staff are friendly and polite.
