Greggs — Restaurant in London

Worst service. I had a very bad experience with them. Asha was very unprofessional and doesnt understand english. She was very rude with 2 customers in front me and act like she owns the shop. She said that its her shop and she can do anything she wants. Very unprofesional, rude and illiterate. Greggs is loosing its reputation by hiring such people. Highly disappointed. I hope Greggs take some stict action...

Edit. Gave another chance. Staff member Asha is sarcastic and passive aggressive always as usual she needs to do a few courses on how to be normal seriously lol. Also how are you selling cold food lol. Large coffee is more like a small coffee and the cheese and onion pasties look like theyve been dropped on the floor picked up and put back...

Hi today i came Greggs to get a vanilla latte and i got a cold coffee without any vanilla syrup and i did pay extra all the time and never get the syrup in it. I was being served by Asha.
