I recently had the pleasure of visiting Lavish Lounge in Southall, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. This amazing lounge combines a shisha venue with the added convenience of parking available in the back, which is a rare find in the area. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the ambiance and the attentive staff.

The lounge itself is beautifully designed, with comfortable seating arrangements and a stylish decor that creates a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The lighting is just right, providing a cozy and intimate setting without being too dim. It's the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a memorable evening with friends or loved ones.

The highlight of my experience at Lavish Lounge was undoubtedly the staff. The team was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. They were quick to greet us and find us a suitable spot, ensuring that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They were also knowledgeable about the various shisha flavors on offer and helped us select some truly delightful options.

The lounge was immaculately clean, and the staff regularly cleared away used charcoal and provided fresh coals for a consistently enjoyable shisha session. This attention to detail further enhanced my overall experience.

WHAT A VIBE! If you love an amazing atmosphere, lively, fun and joyous definitely come here on a Saturday night. The music was banging, belly dancer was gorgeous, very talented and got everyone in the mood to party. The whole vibe was just so fun, it made me want to dance, (and they're not annoying like all these other places) you can totally get up and have a boogie!

I've worked in several Asian (South and North) restaurants and the mixed grill was faultless. Fresh, succulent and flavoursome! I promise the next time I come I'll take a pic, it just looked so good but my date and I gobbled it up before I could take a pic hahah always a good sign!

Drinks were decently priced! And service charge was only 10% and was happy to pay it!

Very happy was treated like a queen.

I even lost my phone and they were so lovely and communicative about the whole thing! So will be picking that up tomorrow!

Excited to come again and party and this time I will be raising the roof and bringing the house down by busting the moves haha

Feel bad for leaving this review as manager was very kind but the rudeness of the waitress outweighed everything else. She had a huge attitude problem and then had a go at us when she gave us the wrong bill and didn't charge us enough. When I told her we spent more money than this she got upset. I should have paid the original bill and let her manager deal with her but i didn't want her to accuse me of stealing. Service was also slow as we waited 30 minutes for a can of fanta. We also had a cake with we bought outside and normal the restaurant will take the cake out the box and place it on a plate with the candles but this waiter had the audacity to grab the cake and leave it in the bag and throw it on the table. She came 2 minutes later asking if everything was alright, when I said no she surprisingly walked off. I wouldn't recommend this place one bit and hope she reads this review and sorts herself out and she is dragging down...
