Grillo's Catford — Restaurant in London

My experience this time was not very good,I order half a chicken as a meal.but when I open the box I found 1 whole leg and three small and a whole wings 1 drink and a portion of chips. I then call grillo,s Catford and told them I was not happy with the order I recieve ,the man on the other end ask me to bring the chicken back and he will exchange it ,after 4 hours I told him I just wasn't happy and told me the wings was extra I told him that this was not a half chicken, he then hang up on me no costumer ...

Hope this is a one off, not just for me but for anyone. I won’t come again. Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese. Burger was burnt round edge. Cheese on the side of burger. Mayo on bottom with about 10 pieces of lettuce. That’s a dead cheese burger not a quarter pounder with cheese, missing the rest of the salad In The burger aswell. Chips over cooked no potatoe left all crunchy. No salt or pepper in bag or a serviette. Just a white sauce I didn’t get to try. In bin and hungry still....

Top-tier food and great service! Grillo’z in Catford is easily one of the best spots for grilled chicken and wraps. The food is always fresh, juicy, and full of flavour — you can really taste the quality. The peri peri chicken is cooked to perfection and their sauces take everything to another level. The staff are friendly and the service is fast, even when it’s busy. Great portion sizes and affordable prices. Definitely a regular go-to spot for me....
