Rude, abrupt & disgusting service from a worker in orange high visibility vest & facemask. Arrived at 9.30pm & asked whether there was service & if I needed a table to order 1 drink as I was aware that the 10pm curfew was pending. I was shouted at & accosted by this worker. When I challenged his behaviour he said it's because he's wearing a mask. As someone who wears a mask 9.5hrs a day working in a hospital this was a very poor excuse for his behaviour. If I shouted at my staff or patients the way this man thought it appropriate to address me it would be unacceptable. Customer service needs to improve. I will NOT be spending any money in this establishment & will NOT be recommending it....

We came here with my wife to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We have order 2 ribeye steak, one of order is medium the other one is well done. They bring both well done and dry which is so hard to eat. I told them and they said ribeye is out of stock and they offer rump steak. I had to choose that one and they bring rump steak which is hard and smell too bad. Maybe They put in microwave . I am the weather spoon customer for years , I haven’t taste worse than this rump steak. We couldn’t eat . Then I told the guy who is in the charge, he said only said sorry.
