I ordered a Lamb Tandoori Masala it was horribly sweet. I didn't want to pay for a dish that taste disgustingly sweet. It's either I don't pay for it or I want something else. (Home delivery) Lamb chops was so hard and dry. On the other hand the card machine which in fact isn't a card machine they use a device which they plug into their phone and ask for your pin. That wasted 45 mins of my time!
I've spoken to the manager "Ali" he was completely rude and even said to me I'll call the police on you. For telling him its either you change this dish or I wont pay for it because I'm not happy with the food. Not only he's a manager he has poor customer service, lack of listening and communication skills. He thought I ordered a Chicken Tikka Masala even if I did order that it shouldn't be that sweet.
Overall I had the worse experience with the manager himself. The delivery man was more professional than the manager and just got caught up in this. It's not the delivery man's fault he's just the middle man. This is my first and last time ordering from him. He could of handle this in a professional manner and made a customer happy but no. I ended paying for something that went in the bin which is absolutely ridiculous. I also forgot to mention they also over charged me!!
Terrible management skills just goes to show how someone like Ali can become a manager he needs coaching in every aspect of customer service, professionalism, understanding etc.
