Hampton Spice — Restaurant in London

I ordered a Lamb Tandoori Masala it was horribly sweet. I didn't want to pay for a dish that taste disgustingly sweet. It's either I don't pay for it or I want something else. (Home delivery) Lamb chops was so hard and dry. On the other hand the card machine which in fact isn't a card machine they use a device which they plug into their phone and ask for your pin. That wasted 45 mins of my time!

I've spoken to the manager "Ali" he was completely rude and even said to me I'll call the police on you. For telling him its either you change this dish or I wont pay for it because I'm not happy with the food. Not only he's a manager he has poor customer service, lack of listening and communication skills. He thought I ordered a Chicken Tikka Masala even if I did order that it shouldn't be that sweet.

Overall I had the worse experience with the manager himself. The delivery man was more professional than the manager and just got caught up in this. It's not the delivery man's fault he's just the middle man. This is my first and last time ordering from him. He could of handle this in a professional manner and made a customer happy but no. I ended paying for something that went in the bin which is absolutely ridiculous. I also forgot to mention they also over charged me!!

Terrible management skills just goes to show how someone like Ali can become a manager he needs coaching in every aspect of customer service, professionalism, understanding etc.

Apart from Blue Sky who reviewed last I had a lovely evening with great food and service. This blue sky person as we were entering barged into my granddaughter pushed her out of the way and created holy hell. The staff tried to appease this awful woman but she was totally out of control. She was shouting she was live stream filming to fb I asked her to stop filming my family while she was on her screaming mission but this made her worse. She tried to barge her way past staff and customers into the kitchen all the while shouting and being abusive. All credit to the staff who managed to escort her out before she could harm anyone. Couldn’t believe a grown woman was behaving like that. Staff offered to replace her food that she had dropped on her way home but she was screaming she wanted a replacement and a refund. Onion salad is one tablespoon of marinated onion which is not fresh. House special sauce which is a white mint sauce in the photo turned up red with chilli. Onion Bhajee were over cooked. The vegetable rice had brussel sprouts in (never had that before). The tikka was okay but very bright in colour we only ate one as it tasted full of sugar. Different to when I had it there before. The paneer was great on a good note.
