Herbies Pizza Hounslow — Restaurant in London

GREAT PIZZA, BUT THERE IS ONE BIG PROBLEM!! The pizza itself is without a question the BEST pizza around, with a great dough, generously loaded with toppings, and a fantastic taste. The HUGE problem is that when you order online, it charges you DOUBLE for the toppings when you choose a BOGOF deal. And the price adds up quickly. I normally order the same 2 XL pizzas, and add 5 additional toppings to each of them (don't judge me... lol!). Of course, it charges me for those extra toppings on that first pizza, bringing the price up to nearly £30. Expensive, but it's worth it, right?? After all, I did say it's a great pizza. Yes, it would be... BUT on the second pizza, they still charge you for the additional toppings AGAIN, A SECOND TIME!! So Instead of getting two pizzas for roughly £30 (which is what the BOGOF should come to), it comes to 38.49, because it charges me that £8.74 for the extra 5 toppings on the second pizza a SECOND time, on TOP of the cost of the first £30 pizza!! EVERY SINGLE TIME! THIS IS LUDICROUS! I have emailed their Corporate Head Office, and never got a reply back. I have even spoken with their Operations Manager in person, when I met him in the shop; actually, I've spoken with him twice, and mentioned this issue. This was Summer 2020 or so, and he said they'd get it fixed. THEY NEVER DID. I've ordered pizza probably 40 times from here, because it really is that good. And yet, despite that, I've stopped ordering pizza from them... because this ridiculous double-charging me ANOTHER £9 quid on extra toppings a SECOND time is OUTRIGHT THEFT. And they...

I recently tried Herbies Pizza and would give it a solid three stars. It wasn’t a bad experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement—especially when it comes to their vegetarian pizzas.

To start with the positives: the place is clean, ordering was smooth, and the delivery was on time. The pricing is also reasonable for what you get, which is always appreciated.

Now, onto the food. As a vegetarian, I was excited to try a variety of options, but most of the vegetarian pizzas fell flat for me. The flavors were pretty basic, and the toppings didn’t feel all that fresh or well-balanced. It felt like they were just thrown together without much thought to taste or texture.

The one exception—and the clear standout—was the paneer pizza. It had good seasoning, a decent amount of toppings, and actually felt like some effort went into making it taste good. If Herbies could put that same attention into their other vegetarian offerings, it would make a big difference.

Overall, Herbies is okay for a quick bite, and I might order again just for the paneer pizza. But if you're a vegetarian looking for exciting or flavorful options, it might leave you wanting more. They’ve got potential, but need to work harder on...

SINCE MILANOS PIZZA THIS PLACE HAS CHANGED FOR THE WORSE! Completely ruined it! The crust/Base is complete rubbish, I think it's past it's sellby date, it's definitely not fresh as it should be. It seems like uneducated people are running it.

There are silly people on this who have rated it 4/5 stars, your either related to the owners or work there, I won't be fooled by that, other people can gladly be fooled by them. The fact that I even have rate this 1 star is annoying. I rate this 0! The staff talk rubbish they're not even aware of their own deals imbeciles.

I live in Hounslow and I'm telling you this. If you can't tell the difference between this rubbish and Milanos pizza then you've lost the plot to! I hope their sales has dropped! They've lost a loyal customer in me. Go to your other nearest ones as this has gone downhill, I strongly do not...
