Amazing Stay at Holiday Inn London Heathrow – The Breakfast Service Was Exceptional!

I had a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn London Heathrow, and I absolutely have to mention how fantastic everything was – especially the breakfast service!

The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and very well located for anyone traveling through Heathrow. The rooms are modern and quiet, the beds incredibly comfortable, and all the facilities were spot on.

But what truly made the difference was the exceptional service during breakfast. Katia and Mimì were simply outstanding – warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They made me feel welcome every single morning, always smiling and making sure everything was perfect. Their kindness and professionalism turned a regular breakfast into the best part of my day. We’ve stayed at the holiday inn hotel near Heathrow on bath street and had the pleasure of using this restaurant for all of our meals. We were bound to our room for 48 hours as our son was sick & couldn’t take him anywhere. We took turns going down for breakfast which was amazing and the staff were so friendly. For dinner we made use of the room service option and it was well worth the money (£5). We had steak, which can be hit and miss in the UK, but it was perfectly cooked as per our request, the tender stem broccoli as a additional side was one of my favourites of our trip!

The staff at the bar were very friendly, in the restaurant for breakfast too - the staff delivering the meals to the rooms were excellent and put a lot of thought and care into delivering hot meals, and making sure you had what you needed. Lynford was one of these gentlemen and was a pleasure to deal with!

After a long flight, we were grateful for the convenience of the Holiday Inn's on-site restaurant because we did not want to take a taxi or Uber for another 15-20 minutes to a restaurant outside the airport. Despite being an airport hotel restaurant, the quality of the food and service far exceeded our expectations. The fresh salad and made-to-order pizza were delicious, and our server, Ciezel, and our host, Brendan, provided exceptional hospitality. We were quickly seated without a reservation; they were very helpful with food recommendations, and attentive service made our dining experience memorable.
