Isha Spice Nepali And Indian Takeaway — Restaurant in London

My first time ordering from Isha Spice London - I was a bit unsure initially as previously ordered Indian food in this area and was left disappointed... Isha Spice came through and restored my faith in the local Indian cuisine. I did order takeaway which was delivered approximately 10 minutes after they said it would be, however, the food was so delicious and still hot and the delivery guy apologised for the slight delay so it didn't matter. Their menu is easily accessible and its super easy to place an order - either online or via the app or using services such as Just Eat. I personally ordered from their website directly. The food was delicious, not greasy or leaving a bad aftertaste as I have previously experienced from other Indian takeaways. Even my sister (who is a fussy eater) really enjoyed her lamb tikka jalfrezi and vegetable rice. I really enjoyed my chicken tikka biryani and keema naan. We are regulars of Isha and the food has always been amazing. However last night I pre ordered food for 7.15 as we had guests coming and the food arrived an hour early. When we asked the delivery driver what our options were he said the only thing he could do was to take it back to the restaurant and they would keep the food warm and then bring it back for 7.15 so I turned the food away as I want fresh cooked food which is why I pre ordered and our guests hadn't even arrived. PEOPLE BEWARE when i picked up my food from here. The kitchen door was open, and the kitchen didn't look clean, and that was on the pot shelf counter. The chicken had no seasoning it tasted bland where it was in sauce the chicken was cooked and served in the sauce to give the chicken flavour not acceptable at all. After eating the food within TWO HOURS, I WAS ON THE TOILET 🥴💩 no joke twice. If that was not food poisoning, I don't know what else you would call it. It's avoided...
