It's Pizza Time Ltd — Restaurant in London

I recently had a horrifying experience with It's Pizza Time and their manager. We had agreed on a price for their services over the phone and via text, but we arrived to pick them up, the manager demanded double the agreed-upon price and became argumentative and rude when I tried to calmly explain the situation. To make matters worse, he was already an hour and half late as agreed I'll be collecting the pizzas at 1 for a childrens christmas party. When I expressed concern about the delay and the price, the manager made a reprehensible statement, saying "I hope the children who eat this suffer and get sick."

I was extremely disappointed and disturbed by the behavior of the manager and would not recommend doing business with It's Pizza Time. The manager's unprofessional and inappropriate conduct was completely unacceptable, and I would be wary of the safety and quality of their food after hearing such a callous comment.

I would advise others to avoid this establishment and seek out a more reputable and customer-friendly...

In order to post this review I had to give one star to this place, however I wouldn't even give that. The customer service is appalling. I have once ordered half and half pizza, and got no topics on one of the half's, just plain cheese. When I phoned them to tell them of the mistake, a staff member told me that they are too busy to correct the mistake, but he will put a note on the system so next time with my order they will add fries or salad for free, which I happily accepted. However next time when I ordered a pizza and made them aware of the mistake from last time, they told me there is no note and no such thing happened. And was told by so called manager that is a matter of principle not to honour the agreed deal made by a member of staff. I think that says it all about how much they value their customers. Not even considering the fact that most of their delivery time is about 40-45 mins and I only live...

The other night, my bassist and me found ourselves STARVING after an exciting evening of onche-onche onduleying. This is when we found Pizza Time to come to our rescue! They delivered us some really decent pizza, and some excellent potato wedges. The jalapenos exploded. They still tasted like jalapenos. The delivery driver sang us a little halloween song on arrival and I thought he looked very smart. He said he had loads of deliveries but came to our house in priority. After we ate all the pizza, potato wedges and jalapenos, Pizza Time called me to make sure everything was okay with the meal. I still had food in my mouth when I replied but thought, what a delicate attention. Will 100% come back. Thank you...
